Senior Saints Luncheon
October 20

Cost: $25 per person
The Senior Luncheon is ALWAYS a great day! We have a filling lunch, music, singing, fellowship, door prizes and a camp tour. This year we’ve moved the luncheon to October to see the fall colors at their very best. All times are eastern. Call the camp by October 19 to RSVP.
Manager Residence Update
The new Camp Manager’s Residence is complete and occupied! Ben and Kelly moved in mid-September and are working on the switch from “house” to “home.” We are so very grateful for every church, individual, and group who contributed in any way to the construction of this beautiful home! Your donations and volunteer hours were so very helpful this entire process. Ben and Kelly are looking forward to having both “kids” and their spouses home for Christmas! Thank you, also, to the Board of Directors for caring for the Camp Manager’s family in such a big way!
2027 Winter Retreats
Winter Retreat registration will open in December 2026.
Here are the dates for each retreat:
Middle School: February 5-7, 2027
High School: February 26-28, 2027
The Winter Retreat is open to any supporting church that would like to participate. Each church comes as a group and will have time to be together during small group sessions to dig a little deeper into the theme for the weekend.
If you have not been involved but would like to bring a group please contact the camp. We will walk you through the registration process and put you in contact with the planning team.
These are great retreats and are growing! We want ALL our Middle and High School students to have the opportunity to attend.
2027 Summer Sessions
Registration for Summer Camp begins January 1, 2027
Friend of the Camp
When a camper signs up for camp the fee charged is 50% of what it actually costs the. camp to have a camper here for a week. When you commit to being a “Friend of the Camp” you are essentially paying the other half of the camp fee for a camper.
To become a Friend of the Camp, simply commit to giving at least $20 to the camp. You can easily set this up on the website under “Get Involved” and then “Donate”. Follow the instructions to set up a recurring donation and choose “Friend of the Camp” under Purpose.
