Our Team.
Ben Fulcher
Ben has served as the Camp Manager since April of 2005. He married Kelly in 1993 and they have one daughter, Brooke and one son, Luke. Ben's family is his pride and joy and they all share (especially Luke) his passion for flying. Ben holds a B.A. degree with honors from Johnson University where he majored in Bible, Youth Ministries and Christian Education. Ben was baptized into Christ on November 12, 1978 and ordained into the ministry on April 9, 1995.
Kelly Fulcher
Kelly has served in the camp office since 2006. She and Ben have been partners in ministry since their wedding day. Kelly is the mother of Brooke and Luke and the daughter of Brad and Karen Burkholder who also served in the camp ministry at Faith Christian Camp for 16 years. Kelly has an Associate degree from Johnson University and a Bachelors from Western Governors University. Kelly enjoys playing the piano and reading. She was baptized into Christ on July 6, 1985.
Adam Derico
Adam began serving as the Assistant Camp Manager in the summer of 2026. He married his wife, Lucy, in 2025. Adam graduated summa cum laude from Johnson University in 2025 with a B.S. in Business Administration and Bible & Theology. Lucy graduated with a Bachelor’s and Master’s from Johnson University in Elementary Education and currently serves as a 4th grade teacher. Adam and Lucy love all things outdoors - hiking, camping, and anything else! Adam was baptized into Christ on June 16, 2013.
Ron Heller
Ron has served as camp caretaker since 2002. Prior to this, Ron served as camp manager starting in 1983. Ron attended Cincinnati Christian University and graduated valedictorian with a B.A. in Bible. Ron also worked at Grundy Mountain Mission School for 18 years before coming to White Mills. He and his wife Jeannetta have 2 daughters who have served in other Christian camps with their husbands. They also have 5 wonderful grandchildren. Ron was baptized into Christ in the spring of 1948.
Melissa Clemons
Melissa began serving as Kitchen Manager in 2026 after serving with us in 2025. She brings with her many years of experience in the food industry including Hardin County Child Nutrition. She enjoys spending time with her son, Alexander and her many dogs. Her hobbies include gardening and baking. She loves all of God's creatures, especially dogs, bees, and birds. Melissa was baptized into Christ at age 19, and is a member of The Yellow Banks Church of Christ in Owensboro, KY.
Robbie Heck
Robbie, who is retired from serving in the Air Force, now serves full-time helping to take care of the Camp’s buildings & grounds. Robbie attends Glendale Christian Church. He enjoys being outdoors in nature and spends time at the beach, golfing, kayaking, hiking and riding his motorcycle. Robbie mostly enjoys spending time with his wife, Jan, and their four children, Zach, Krista, Jordan and Mady. Robbie was baptized into Christ in 1980 at a Fellowship of Christian Athletes Camp.
