Residency Program

Residency would last 15 months, allowing the resident to experience 2 summers of camp, beginning as soon as the resident is available in May and would end in August the following year. Working directly under the Camp Manager the resident will experience all aspects of the Camp Ministry including programming, planning the calendar, working with rental groups, kitchen work, grounds, maintenance, speaking at churches (White Mills Christian Camp has nearly 60 supporting churches ranging from an attendance of 12 to over 1000), board meetings, and more.

This residency is an opportunity to work with nearly 60 Christian Churches in the central Kentucky and Nashville, TN areas. This is an excellent opportunity to visit and build connections with ministers, youth ministers, and children’s ministers from churches of all sizes.
