Wade Scholarship Request Form

The Mark and Cathy Wade Memorial Scholarship Fund has been established to help those campers interested in attending White Mills Christian Camp.

Scholarships will be awarded on a first come first served basis. Please fill out this form no later than 3 weeks before your session start date if you would like information on receiving financial assistance with camp fees.
